We provide leadership or support for investigations into critical incidents or chronic issues. Investigations can be undertaken either collaboratively with site teams or independently. Our network of associates enable a broad range of subject matter experts to be included as required.
BUSINESS SUPPORT
Business support services link technical advice with critical business decisions. Engagements may include technical evaluation of major capital projects, business valuation support and a range of general business support.
Project Due Diligence and Risk review.
Independent technical evaluation and due diligence assessments provide a level of assurance for decision makers. Structured project technical risk reviews may also provide valuable insights and value adding mitigations for the project team. We offer either participation as an independent expert reviewer or leadership of the review process.

We provide project development advice and support for major projects or acquisitions. Support offered includes technical validation of valuation model assumptions.
